Nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free versions are available on most items with 72 hours' notice. Every pan comes labeled with what's in it, and allergy pans are packed separately and marked in red. Our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy, so we can't promise a fully allergen-free environment.
